개인정보 처리방침(Privacy Policy)

제1조 (목적) Quantu(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 건강 모니터링 서비스 제공을 목적으로 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

제2조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목) 앱은 다음 정보를 수집합니다. • 카메라 영상(얼굴): rPPG 신호 추출을 위해 실시간으로만 사용되며, 녹화·저장·외부 전송되지 않습니다. • 심박수(BPM): 측정 결과값 • 혈압 추정값(SBP/DBP): 물리 모델 기반 추정치 • 심박변이도(RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50): 자율신경계 평가 지표 • 스트레스 지수(Baevsky Stress Index): 자율신경계 긴장도 지표 • 맥파 전달 시간(PTT), 신호 품질 지수

제3조 (수집 및 이용 목적) • 실시간 건강 상태 모니터링 및 추이 분석 • 개인 건강 리포트(PDF/CSV) 생성

제4조 (개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간) • 보유 기간: 앱 삭제 시까지 기기 내 저장 • 사용자가 직접 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공) 앱은 수집한 개인정보를 외부 서버나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 보안) • 모든 측정 데이터는 iOS Keychain / Android Keystore에 보관된 기기 고유 암호화 키로 암호화되어 저장됩니다. • 외부 네트워크 전송은 일절 없습니다.

제7조 (사용자 권리) • 데이터 삭제: 앱 내 기록 화면에서 개별 삭제 가능 • 전체 삭제: 앱 삭제 시 모든 데이터 완전 삭제

제8조 (의료기기 면책) 본 앱은 의료기기가 아닙니다. 측정값은 참고용이며 의학적 진단·치료에 사용할 수 없습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose) The service "Quantu" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide health monitoring services to its users.

Article 2 (Personal Information Collected) The App collects the following categories of information:

• Camera Video (Face): Used solely in real-time for rPPG (Remote Photoplethysmography) signal extraction. This data is never recorded, stored, or transmitted externally.

• Heart Rate (BPM): Final measurement results.

• Estimated Blood Pressure (SBP/DBP): Estimated values based on mathematical physical models.

• Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Indicators for autonomic nervous system assessment (RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50).

• Stress Index (Baevsky Stress Index):指標 for autonomic nervous system tension.

• Pulse Transit Time (PTT) & Signal Quality Index (SQI): Technical metrics for signal accuracy.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

• Real-time health status monitoring and trend analysis.

• Generation of personal health reports (PDF / CSV formats).

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

• Retention Period: Data is stored on the device until the App is deleted.

• User Control: Users have the ability to manually delete their data at any time within the App.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) The App does not provide collected personal information to any external servers or third parties.

6. Security of Personal Information

• Encryption: All measurement data is encrypted and stored using device-specific encryption keys kept in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore.

• Network Security: There is absolutely no transmission of data over external networks.

7. User Rights

• Data Deletion: Users can delete individual records from the history screen within the App.

• Complete Deletion: All data is permanently and completely deleted when the App is uninstalled.

8. Medical Disclaimer This App is not a medical device. The measurements provided are for reference only and must not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
